The luxurious look of Xtreme Lashes Eyelash Extensions is achieved by a meticulous and artful application of synthetic lashes, all applied one by one to your natural lash by a certified Xtreme Lashes Lash Stylist.
What is the process like?
During your appointment, you will comfortably recline with your eyes closed. The application is painless and wonderfully relaxing and rejuvenating. Clients typically fall asleep then awaken to longer, thicker, darker and more voluminous lashes. During the application your stylist will isolate an individual natural lash, expertly bond one eyelash extension or customized fan of extensions to one natural lash. This technique creates a seamless look and feel as if these eyelash extensions were your own. Lash Jolie uses hypoallergenic, medical grade adhesive.
How long do lash extensions last?
Lash extensions are semi permanent and shed with the natural lash shedding cycle! To maintain your look we recommend fills every 2- 3 weeks for best results. With consistent fills, you can have beautiful lash extensions indefinitely!
How do I maintain my lash extensions?
We recommend cleaning your lash extensions nightly, with an oil free cleanser.
Apply one pump of our foaming lash bath to any clean makeup brush.
With eyes closed, brush soap down from the base of the extension, to the tips.
Rinse with water to remove soap.
Once dry, if needed you can use a spoolie brush to style the extensions.
What are Xtreme Lashes Eyelash Extensions made out of?
Xtreme Lashes Eyelash Extensions are crafted from synthetic polyester. Synthetic lashes respond better to wear and tear than other materials. In addition, synthetics have the least possible chance of allergic reactions with human skin. Testing has shown that there are higher percentages of people who will have adverse reactions to contact with lash extensions created from animal hairs, such as mink.
How long does the extension procedure take?
Depending on the Lash Stylist and the number of lashes being applied, it generally takes between 90 mins- 120 mins to apply a full set of Xtreme Lashes Eyelash Extensions. Touch-ups can be done in as little as 45 to 60 minutes.
What is the natural lash shedding cycle?
Natural eyelashes grow in and fall out in cycles (every 60 to 90 days). When a natural lash matures and falls out, a new lash has already been growing and quickly replaces it without us noticing the turnover. This process is constant and at any given moment our many natural lashes are at different stages of maturity. Some are just growing in, while others are ready to shed. People typically shed between 1 and 5 natural lashes each day, depending on their individual growth cycles. On shorter natural lashes, this growing and shedding cycle is virtually unnoticeable.
I have no lashes at all, can I wear Xtreme Lashes Eyelash Extensions?
Because Xtreme Lashes Eyelash Extensions are applied to existing natural lashes you must have some natural lashes to receive the procedure. Xtreme Lashes Eyelash Extensions should not, and in many cases cannot, be applied to clients who have alopecia, are undergoing chemotherapy or those who suffer from Trichotillomania, unless and until the individual has received effective treatment and normal lash growth has resumed.
What is your cancellation policy?
In order to best serve you and as a courtesy to our staff and all of our guests in need of appointments, please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice for all cancellations. No shows and appointments canceled after 24 hours will incur a $50 cancellation fee. If you need to reschedule, contact us as soon as possible so we may best accommodate you!
